Webcam/Interactive Chat

What do I need to do to provide a website with the ability to show a live webcam feed and interactive chat? In other words, subscribers would be viewing a live web cam feed and typing messages back and forth to each other. Is it a single program that provides both when working with an already installed webcam? Does the server need to have the program loaded onto it? I need help!

If you haven't found an answer, you should check out Macromedia's Flash Media Server 2.

That and Flash 8, and with the provide tutes, you should be up and running in no time. Only problem is it's tough to find a server with "Media Server 2" installed at a reasonable rate,.. for i don't know how much you are looking to spend. They have a free download for the software and you can install it on your home pc for testing and developing.
