My company is looking to redesign it's website. We have looked at several others around the web to model ours after. This site is the one we have decided we like best.

I would like to hear suggestions on how this site could be improved from a layout standpoint. We will most likely have a similar color scheme, but that is subject to change.
Things I would like opinions on:
1.) Overall feel for the layout
2.) the navigational scheme (how hard is it to get where you want?)
3.) Is this too many pictures for a business site? How is the load time...?
