cookies

i don't understand how you put cookies in other page locations so you can get another to read it

can anybody help by telling me how to get a cookie to be set to "ACCESS" and can be read by another page (put location here where the location will be)

I can set the cookies, but i have truble with the part where a diffrent page can read it.

I have a set of cookie functions in a txt file (attached) at the top you will see how to access this cookie data.

It's taken from my site which is for a amateur drama group.
