Blogging, CSS, and Merry Christmas all

I'm new to this Forum and very glad to have found a place filled with so many knowledgable and helpful people [shameless sucking up here].
I have questions arising from using modified Blogger templates (embedded CSS with standard HTML and special Blog tags).
The most important question, after wishing you all a very Merry Christmas, is:
Is this Forum, this section, a proper place to post my questions? (I'm running into CSS/layout issues in IE6.0 vs Netscape-CompuServe, for instance.) Thanks in advance!

So long as they involve CSS then yeah. It doesn't matter about the special blogger tags because I would assume that they are all taken care of on the server-side, all that does matter (in this specific section) is what gets sent to the client.

If and when you post any questions, just remember to include a link to the problem page to make diagnosis easier.
