CSS Menu - Not filling up the table

I'm making a css menu but the menu isn't filling up the the row completly and it indents to the right. How do I make the menu fill in the row 100% completely and get rid of the indention. I am a noob at this. Thanks in advance.

I recommend you start by getting rid of the tables.
