I am trying to add a window and a video and some basic controls to my web site at my space . com the video is truth by seether at http://www.seether.com/index1024.html

I am a total newb when it comes to this kind of thing, but am willing to learn

make sure video is wmv format to avoid jumping and also make sure its not flash.
this code puts the flash video on your site but its still there site just inside yours.
