navigation IE error

Well I just started the beta development of my personal website and 5 minutes into the development I ran into an error.

In Firefox(& every other NON-IE browser) it works fine but in IE(& ANY IE based Browser) the navigation stick right to the top of the page :S

I need to know how to fix this horrible little error and still properly display the navigation

where is the navigation suposed to be?

it is at the top right of the page(the only text on the page)..lawl thanks ^.^

well I sortof know the problem but I can't figure out how to fix it :(
