Hi All,

Some help/advice please.

After just getting to grips with html and css (although like us all still learning) I am becoming more and more interested in flash, in particular I want to create a funky cartoon type site for my only personal use/development.

So, to flash then. What does this product actually enable you to do? Can you create images within it or do you import them from another source then annimate them in flash.

If not created in flash what is a good package to create cartoon type images?

Both. Flash has the ability to create vector art as well as import images that were created in other programs (including animated images.)
