Drop downs and frames

Im working on a site where I have a DHTML drop down menu in the top frame. Unfortunately this menu drops down behind the frame below it. How do I get the menu to appear on top of the frame??

its because of the tags u use in the html

use the tables in html the problem will disappear

I have the same problem...

but didn't really understand that table thing...

I made the dropdown with flash so I didn't write any of the script myself...

If u could tell me exactly what parts in the script to change...
