Form Help please!

Hello all!

A quick question - I'm looking for a form script which does all the basics but I want it to send the autoresponse email to the visitor by name...

So, if you type "Bob" in the name field, you receive an autoreponse beginning, "Dear Bob,"

Any ideas....

How do you usually go about doing 'all the bascis'?

It is easy using a php script, but are you looking for a javaScript script or even a Perl script?
