Don't use random characters in titles, it just looks silly.
You really don't want to be using tables for layout. They bring up accessability, flexibility and SEO issues that you can just do without. You'll find things a lot easier if you use CSS (http://www.htmlhelp.com/reference/css/) for presentation and leave HTML for document structure.
And I bet all that Javascript isn't needed either.
I like the overall appearance of the site but your markup really needs some work, check out how clean the coding is on rammstein (http://www.rammstein.com/News/)s website is.

The site looks nice, but as TheTree said, you should lose the tables and replace them with some decorative CSS. Along with losing the tabular design, try losing all that uneeded Javascript;
The image rollovers can be done with some simple css
And as for the scroller, well you could lose that as well.

yeah, the coding is pretty bad. I built it a couple years ago using only DW and Project Seven's scroller since I didn't know how to do an HTML scroller at the time. Didn't hand-code one piece of it except for the ASP.

I'm going to redesign it in a couple months in pure CSS (or flash, can't decide) for the bands next release but was more curious in what people thought about the look of the design. When I show people they kinda cringe and say "uh, interesting.." which means they no likey.
