i just took on this big project...... i wont say the site because it has very low bandwith..... i need to know how i can put an rss feed to automaticly load when the page opens.... does anyone know the code for it. Thanks in advanced

An rss feed from another site? That's best done on the server.

i dont have a server..... is there a way for it to open like i have a section where you can put the code and it will open inside... kinda like a frame

If you have a web site you have a server. An rss feed is an XML document. If you simply throw that into an iframe then it won't be very satisfying.
