CSS Tutorials?

I was wondering if anyone knows of any sites that have tutorials on how to use or make CSS....I tried following the directions in my DreamWeaver book but it goes under the assuption that everyone knows how to use CSS...of course I do not.

W3Schools (http://www.w3schools.com/css/default.asp) can also be quite useful, but be careful because they are not actually part of the W3C.
