Template or Tutorial for Intro?

I am the quintessential Flash newbie and would like some suggestions on how to create a particular type of intro/splash page. I really like this one (http://www.artwolfe.com), but have been unable to find any template similar to it. If anyone knows of any templates for sale for this type of intro, I would really appreciate any info.

Alternately, if anyone knows of any tutorials/books that may teach how to create such a page, that, too, would be very helpful.

I've found this page (http://www.webwasp.co.uk/tutorials/#beg) useful. It won't hand feed you an intro like the one you linked to, but it has a lot of good beginner tutorials to get some background
