Help with a font

Hi im new to website design (self teaching). Im using a font thats not default in windows. How can get the visitors of the website to see this font. When they visit the website at the moment they just see a boring arial font. The font i am trying to use is PURCELL.

Of course using that will stuff up the page for people not using Internet Explorer. There is no cross browser solution for displaying fonts that people don't have on their computer and no one wants to wait for your font to download just so they can view your page.

Use CSS to specify a list of fonts and let the page be displayed in whichever one of those that your visitor already has.

Of course using that will stuff up the page for people not using Internet Explorer. Not at all. Those of us who are MSIE free will still see the page, just without the fancy font. And nobody really cares about the font anyway.
