Netscape and Mozilla display web site in Japanese Characters

HELP

Could someone with firefox and/or netscape check out the following URL:

http://hillcrest-swim-club.com

The site looks fine in explorer aand opera, but in firefox and netscape the pages come up in japanese text. Only text..no pictures, colors or anything.

Im hoping its my browser apps.

Works fine for me in NN 7.2, Opera, FF and Moz.
Try changing the encoding of the page just to be sure,
