ok im making an xhtml website, i made all my tables, im sorta of a newbie but i made my tables and everything... on the left.. if i go and add a parragraph or anything ... the tables will seperate and it will go in the middle or wherever i put them ... i want the tables to LOCK there and never move and put the paragraph wherever .. lol help?

Not sure what problem you having really.

Though you page is not valid check it with either the FF extension if you got it or check it at the same place you got your valid XHTML image W3C.

Also use an external styles sheet so you can remove all them styles from your coding.

Its not valid I just check again you have got 18 errors.

As for your problem sort out them errors and try and explain it a bit better cos I am not sure what you want really.

Why are you putting text between you links on the left anyways?

Of course it will expand if you and something imbetween.

And if you color the text so it is not the same as your background people trying to help would notice it better. we would be able to notice that easyer too

i know cause i was messing around to show u, and i was testing things for css just now, i think im getting it ... wasnt for u, i wouldnt of looked in css and i wouldnt of found what i needed .. and what i needed was div .. he he ... im so happy now lol beeen a while .. not really but it was bugging me ...

I am a newbie too I have only been using computers since march last year and the first few months of that I was only learning the basics and how to use MS Office.
