The first one really like it my only comment would be that you should run it though the validator as the is a couple of things you have missed out.

Either use the FF extension or use this Link (http://validator.w3.org/)

I like it but it's kind of hard to read the text in the flash, look into getting pixel fonts that are easier to read: www.fontsforflash.com

Thanx, am looking into the above comments. The things I have missed out that I know about are all the image 'ALT's

Also the code used for the flash object throws up lots of errors on the validator. I got that code from an official source, cant remeber where. Does anybody know how I can place a flash object that would validate? Please look at my code, validate if you need.

you should always have a backup page for users with out the flash plugin installed

the 56k site uses an image map, if they dnt have flash they should have lol.

for the first one, I'd use some orange in the design, like in the proffesional websites header or something.
