the preview has a border, but not when uploaded

the first image is of the preview from dreamweaver, as you can see there is a border. but when i upload it to the web there is no border. (second picture) i have tried on numerous hosts. thanks in advance. the url is http://giudeselliott.atspace.com. i also added the file but there's obviously no files
