Hmmm ... give me a minute to get my vision back. The colors are quite blinding. Could you use much more subtle shades of violet and fuschia? A color schemer might help: http://www.hitmill.com/html/rgbcolorvalues.html or http://infohound.net/colour/.

In your metatag "keywords," you need to separate them with commas: <meta name="keywords" content="artist dates artistic dating services friendship romance relation ship meet other artist for fun romance friendship and more">

The cursive font you've chosen is good for large text, but hard to read when formatted smaller. You might consider using another font for the form (and eliminating the need for images for the field labels) and possibly the bottom navigation bar.

I agree, the colors are a little bright. The design looks good for a dating site but I'd tone down the colors a little.

Yeah, avoid using brightly colored background. They hurt the eyes and makes the background stand out more than the content of the page. Maybe adjust it, that will make the text easy to read...
