Wow, I haven't seen a site in a long time where every page is a completely different design. You need to read up on commercial art and "branding" as it relates to your web site.

I agree with Ray, you definately need to take one of all your layouts, and keep it all over the pages. Why ? Because when the user (myself) clicks on a link and he sees a completly different page, he wonders... "did I click the wrong link ? Is that a partner site ? Where am I ?"
I think the home page is good. I like the pictures on top, and the wooden texture makes it feel cozy. I'm not going into the code, I'm sure others will do that better than me, but I'd suggest you keep the design of the index page for the whole website !

I also understand your need for different "pages" dedicated to archery, fishing, gun etc. What I would suggest is to keep the same overall layout, but maybe have a different banner for each section.
Like, you can always have the same box for the content, the same menu, but then, an image which changes when you go the the different sections. I don't know if I'm that clear, and I don't have an example right at hand...

Consistency is an essential feature to support visitor comfort and ease. You should be consistent with the layout on every page of your site.
