I created a article/comment database from the ground up. I used MSACCESS, ASP and SQL. Still a lot of work to do, but it's "ok" right now. Take a look and tell me what you think. A while you're there, post a comment to one of the articles. And yes, this is my personal site that i created in notepad.
For some reason ppl tend to ask me what my age is, so im 18.

Your overflow is a bit tall, I would suggest shortening it up, to remove the "main" scroll bar for the whole page. With a vertical overflow you should make the page with one scroll bar, instead of 2
