The Microsoft Logos at the top are pretty pixelated. I would recommend getting cleaner copies of them.

The text for Home in the left navigation does not line up with the text of the other items.

Also the font size of the content seems a bit large and there is no consistency in your Headings, Paragraphs, etc.

Overall it has some potential, just needs some clean up and consistency.

You also might want to put some text by your links in your "My Work" section. I highly doubt somebody wants to click on a link named virus.exe without fully knowing what it is.

When I clicked on Jokes in fun zone the page loads, but it is bare. no images just text.

Redirect = not a good way to greet your visitors.

This phrase Please use the links at the left to browse the site. seems unnecessary. Most people know that already.

The whole site seems like it needs more content, like it's just sitting there.

I think it is looking much better. The only other thing that comes to mind immediately is the My Works page. As Spufi said you should have a description of each of those top items there.

Ex:
QBASIC
HANGMAN.EXE - This was the first program Iever made. I made it when I was in grade nine. It was when I got my this PC. It was made using Qbasic. It has got 25 Sets of question and you can press 'ESC' key for the hint. Ops I forgot to put a exit function, LOlz...........

ALUPLUS.EXE - Description...

etc.

If this is a resume/personal portfolio site then I would also run a spell check and try to avoid things such as Lolz.
