Very curious on thoughts about my site and how to make it better.
One thing I would like to do is have thumbnail images that rollover on one side and then the larger rollover image would appear on the left or right sides. Very similiar to what photographers do on their sites.
How to do this, is news to me? Any help would be great.
Best,

Couple of things:
Left Navagation(Graphic Design selected):
The black on the blue background is hard to read. The selected page shows fine, but I have to squint to read the rest. They are also very close together without anything to separate them which also makes it difficult to read.
Thumbnails:
They're very hard to see, think about enlarging them a bit. Maybe a little caption below the thumb would help as well. It looked like you were trying to use a mousover script to enlarge the images, but when people look at a site, they don't want to have to mouse over a tiny image to see where it goes, if they even realize that feature is available. A lot of people will leave if they don't comprehend the page at a glance.
Resume:
There's no link back to the site when you click on your resume except to the splash page.
Logo:
The link on your logo goes back to your splash page rather than your home page.
Other Stuff:
Your website shifts in size when you change pages, it's a bit distracting.
I like the color scheme of the page and it's general layout. Graphic and font choice is also very nice. People know exactly what your buisness is when they go there. I think you're well on your way to a good site.

Layout and color scheme look nice, although like Metalman3d mentioned, the black on blue left nav is a bit difficult to read.
My only major complaints lie in the overall navigation. Clicking on a thumbnail (which are a bit small as mentioned) leaves no way to get back to the thumbnail page, or really the rest of the site. I think at worst you should make the Falcon logo on the banner go back to the homepage.
Also, once you're in the site, you have the main banner logo linking back to the intro page, which is somewhat useless as far as practical use of the site. I'd make it so the banner links to the homepage via the company logo on all pages, and have some kind of back-tracking navigation such as bread-crumb links or a more robust left-side nav on each page.
The graphic layout is really nice though - I like the banner a lot, it's got a good 'graphic-designer' feel.

Mm... I love your splash page. Really nice. And I like the general layout of your website.
BUT : I think that black background against such a bright blue and orange is a bit agressive, like you've fallen in open space of such, and maybe that's just an impression because your thumbnails are soooooo small.
You want people to look at them, right ? So focus on them ! Don't be ashamed ! You can at least double their size !
The contact thing... Use a contact mail form. I just hate websites where you click on contact and you get this damn outlook to launch. It's very newbie-like, this mailto: yourname@yourdomain.com
Here is a cool tutorial, very well explained, just in case :

The thing you need for displaying your thumbnails is javascript...

you have this one, for example. Have a look around, maybe also in google. You'll find what you want, it's quite a popular script.
