not bad. i think the menu under 'real estate' on the left could be cleaned up a bit. you can probably add bullet images and make the text smaller, or put bottom borders on the items to seperate them...

Design and layout is good. I would suggest you should add logo on header for your site. Another thing is that you should describe in brief for your 2 Primary services and so that "Hot offers" will get slightly up. It will shorten the length of the page. I think you should minimize the header size as well. Rest is good. :)

I am not understanding how to get to your site. The revised partial link and text isn't helpful as it is not intuitive (although apparently someone figured out how to get to your site). 'kay? :)

Your design looks nice and clean, but;
You need to have rollover effects in your menus

Your coding is well.. not that sharp;
Failed validation, 59 errors The Validator (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http://www.*******.com/view/) is there for a reason.
Try replacing your table layout with a more user-friendly css based layout.
One last thing, preset styles; H1, H2, EM, CODE, etc. should be used over user-made styles; <font class="searchformtext">Price range</font>

Yea I think I'll do something with menu, going to improve it somehow.. mark out or add some bullet images. Good idea thnx.
