It's very good. Clear, nice to look at, simple yet elegant.. I like it a lot, and I love your color scheme ! Good job !
Some links don't work, I guess that's because you just launched the site.
I'll let to other the painful task of code validation, I prefer to judge only by graphics.
My impression ? Very positive !

very nice, clean design. however, the validator (http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fvijith.byethost3.com%2F) found 70 errors. if you are trying to sell website design services, having a valid site will tell the potential client that you code the right way.

Flash bullets? Cute but I'd rethink that after visiting without flash or with say Fx with the Flashblock extension.
i give a 7 for overall look and feel. clean and nice navigation. cool work.

Very 'clean' appearance. I like it that it is very short and still tells me everything I needed to know.
Those FLASH bullets though... hmm. I am running Firefox with "AdblockPlus" and although I still see the image arrows and they do 'animated' on hover, the entire image is blanketed by the Adblock "block image" semi-transparent image, layered one on top of another.
Not that this affects you or your site at all. It's just my browser 'warning me' about what appears to be advertisement images (flash) and the very presence of the semi-transparent block-ad image sort walks on your site.
Those are neat looking arrows though. :)
I give your site a 9 out of 10 for visual appeal. Excellent design.

gotta agree about those flash bullets. Other than those, it looks great.

I didn't even notice the flash bullets... lol
Get rid of them, you don't need them, people don't even see them. Just replace them with a gif image that you use as a bullet, as in your menu list.

Thanks for the comments and Review on my site people...Its really appriciatred..I will fix the bullets as soon as possible... But what should I use instead of flash bullets.
I don't see a need for there to be a line in between the content and the navigation, either get rid of that one or change the navigation buttons
