Looks good!
I think the header use to much space though it has a very high persentage of the whole page on most pages.
You like to use tables a lot dont you?
How many tables have you used to make that site?
Tables should not even be used for layout.
Also you have a lot of styles in your coding but yet are using an external styles sheet.
Also you not using any doc type.
i think it is a website targeted at professionals and you did a cool job. so adsense really spoils it. not too sure of the flash header though...abit slow even on my broadband. otherwise, nice choice of colors, thought it could be abit dull.
design wise everything seems right besides variable font sizes you should ad that coding wise its horrible. Why you using tables for such a simple layout.

Thank you all for the comments. I will certainly look into the issues that you asked me to.
johneva, Can you please elaborate on your comment ?

Is CSS an answer for layout too ? I really need to LEARN CSS.
It needs color. The overuse of gray is quite depressing.
Since this is a site geared to gain trust, I'd use color photos and warm colors. The current color scheme is clinical, sterile. You want to create an environment that is inviting and feels safe.
Also, I'd get rid of the "Replay" button on the Flash. It doesn't provide any "essential" information, so asking the viewer to replay it seems unnecessary.
Nice rollovers. I like the movement. Neat! :)

looks pretty good! although it didn't validate (http://validator.w3.org/check?uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.capital-foreclosure.com%2F) I really like the flash header, good job! however, there is a bit too much grey. try to use some other colors (orange, teal, deep red).

Yep CSS should be used for layout.

Fields marked as* are compulsory
Is this type of language necessary? What type of image are you trying to create for the organization?
Also, I believe having ads right in the middle of the page cheapens the overall look and feel. Are you here to help me with a serious problem like forclosure or are you trying to sell me crap?
