This website was built for my brother's friend as a favor.
I did the development, customization, domain registration, I host the website on my server, I created all graphics from nothing and I implemented an SSL certificate.

Before I made the site for him, this was his old website: www.boostfactoryturbochargers.com
Reviews please. Thanks.

I like the design but behind the scenes is extremely old school coding. The dumbnails need fixing, too.

The behind the scenes are compliments of OsCommerce Based store. I customized it, remade ALL buttons etc. Design is mine.

I would suggest extending the anchor tag into the new line around the thumbnails. That way when a user hovers over an image, your link changes as specified in your stylesheets.
Perhaps where you have your Reviews button after you click on a product, you can show how many reviews are currently written. That way a customer doesn't click for no reason.
When I used your manufacturer's drop down box and clicked on BF!, I got an error (Firefox 1.5). I got a broken image with Let's See in the alt text.
If you click on your About Us link, the navigation bar (Top >> Catalog >> Contact Us) is shown. Shouldn't it just say (Top >> Catalog)?
This may be nit picky, but it was one of the first things I noticed. Your links don't look like links. Most web users are used to links being blue or underlined. You may want to take this into consideration.
Other than that, it looks like a well designed site. If you could possibly impliment a CSS layout instead of a tabular one, you may fair better with the search engines.
Take care

Thank You for the advice, I would take it into consideration. What about the overall desing and banner etc? I did all graphics from scratch. Even the buttons.

You're just fishing for compliments aren't ya? Just kidding :)
The banner is well done IMO and compliments your website and its purpose. You have far more photoshop skills than I ever will. Good work.

Downsize the thumbnails, there over 1MB in size, and that is huge for a 100x80px image, make it about 2KBs in size by changing it to a gif. By down sizing one (just one) of those images, you will save about 90,000KB ~ 87MB of bandwidth for every 600 page views. Imagine how much you will save by downsizing all nine of those images on the homepage (to do the math for you, about 8,100,000KB ~ 7,910MB for every 600 page views) WOW! amazing, just for 9 images! I just noticed, that it is only the top left one that is like that, but DON'T let all nine get like that.

The images hosted on the site are uploaded by the owned of the website using the interface to load products. The rest of the images are .gif and I loaded them myself. All I can do is lecture the owner about his file sizes.

I think it is a definite improvement over the old site. The only thing that I would like to see in the main navigation is some roll over effects. I think it would add a nice touch.
When it comes to customers updating their own content, there is a certain need to educate them on the do's and don'ts that we as designers understand. They'll get it eventualy ;)
Good work!

Looks great, definite improvement over the previous. Kind of hard to focus my eyes though. The new items dominate where your eyes go, and it takes a while to see the category browsing - which right now is ok since the inventory isn't too loaded but could be a problem down the line.

Very nice Color Scheme, design, etc. But remeber tables and large filesizes are not your friend, so try fixing that up
