multiple ip's

Hello,I need to make a local html page(that will post some information to a remote server) that will open in a browser use a certain ip address,not the default one(i have alias ip addresses binded to the same network adapter in winxp),
Hope u have any ideeas cz im out,

then...any ideea of a browser that could acomplish this....maybe one that has a command line parameter for the ip...

from what i've found out so far it looks like I need to modify the "REMOTE_ADDR" param...any ideea how to do this...or of any software that does this? i would need to change it when the reqest is sent to the browser...
