Hi! Review please the Dcomsoft company new web site (http://www.dcomsoft.com). Here you can find different swf utilities! All of them are free!

Your home and products pages are the same. Maybe you don't need the products page. On the downloads page, you show the same fake box picture for each download. Maybe you should change the name on the boxes to match the software being downloaded.

The site looks nice and I agree with Barry's comments. It seems to me you may be leaving yourself open to a legal attack from Macromedia/Adobe using some aspects of the DMCA which we've foolishly inacted here in the US and is foolishly being accepted in various other parts of the planet.
