IE proprietary code

Microsoft has some more proprietary code that looks to be alot like VML in the way that you have to setup the page and the tags are full of attributes. This new one to me, has to do with TIME and shames jerky-DHTML. It makes animations as smooth as FLASH. Know any other forums where folks write with these codes?

Well, I guess I'll be stuck in pages of MSDN (http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/default.asp?url=/workshop/author/behaviors/reference/time2/elements/animatemotion.asp) then. I don't know who wrote that webSight but it sure is one of the worst for readability. :o
