hi again. got a few mockups for review here. these are both for the same law firm. theyre the two options i was gonna send the client. just wanted to get you guys opinion on them. what do you like or disslike. problems with the design etc. i'm sending both so they have a choice

I prefer 04, but I guess that's up to the client.

I would go with 06, fits the subject better - looks more professional/modern then 04

I agree with pcthug.
I like the second one listed.
(Although both are rather "cold" and harsh designs. A picture of a person somewhere on the page might be good.)

I prefer the 06 version as 04 seems pretty dark and some components just don't look right. In 04 the RECENT NEWS module heading runs into the small margin above it. In 06 the head of the gavel image is a bit dark and should be lightened up. The navigation (Firm Profile, Attorneys, etc.) should be made lighter as well. Perhaps a lighter shade of brown? There just seems to be too many dark colors making the page look a bit dreary right now.
