Many thanks to those of you that helped to get me started in php. I stumbled and bumbled through until I was able to get some code together and managed to successfully publish a simple database for our tournament, thanks to this forum, the "HTML Goodies" website, and a book on php and mySql.

Since then I have developed a real passion for php. I will most likely begin to study more deeply into it and attempt to write more code.
My next step will be in developing some php code for mathematical computations. I will need to be able to do simple and complex math. Square, square root and feet/inches conversions.
