I like the design but the main text is a little hard to read over that background. You migt try reducing the contrast on it to about half what it is now.

Your website is a little bland...dare I say, boring? All it is is just a white background with black text stating: "Failed to connect. The host 204.50.185.32 could not be contacted. If this persists, you should contact the administrator of the remote site."

Maybe some graphics and colors to spruce things up a bit? Maybe some hyperlinks to click on?

yeh my bad its my servers connection it seems to be down right now ill contact them and get it back up asap thnx for the replies

which did u suggest i change ray, the text color or the background color?

This is what I would do:

Get rid of the watermark image
Boost the color of the smaller version on the left.
Either eliminate or find a better photo to use, and don't use the same photo on every page.
Left justify the text. I do not like to see centered body text at all.
Match the bottom nav to the top section (left curve on top left)

I agree with ray, -nice design but the content is difficult to read over that rather distracting background image. Reduce it's opacity or consider even removing it altogether.
Other than that, the page looks nice!
