The page titles are quite far from the following content.

Whoa - lots of tables in that coding. I counted 22. Are all those necessary?

The first thing I noticed was the lack of contrast (with the exception to the yellow text). I think it would be cool if some of your header picture was in color. Perhaps the mountains or the water? The rest could be black and white, and I think it would a nice effect. It'll get rid of the "boring" look, even though I don't think your design is boring at all. There just isn't enough eye candy I suppose.

I do not like the yellow headings. Try using a color that goes more with your theme.

With your left column, I think you should make the text bold so that it's a little easier to read, and perhaps make the links underline as the mouse hovers over them. Both can easily be done with style sheets.

For your footer, the "Free Trial" link color has to be changed. I couldn't read it without selecting it with my mouse.

For your glossary page, I would use a different color text for the words to be defined. I would also include a navigation bar at the top that pointed to the alphabetized sections (A, B, C, etc…).

For your contact form, once again the link color is unreadable.

I'm going to stop browsing your pages because overall I see a consistent problem. Your site doesn't seem to have a "universal" style sheet. You have your styles hosted in your pages, when they ideally should be in an external file. After all, that's the main benefit of using styles. The links within your pages are difficult to read and the text just seems never-ending as I try to read through it. The headers aren't defined enough to separate what appears to be headings, and what appears to be paragraph text. So, IMO, there is too much gray and white and it’s hard to differentiate between areas of your web pages.

Try coloring it up a bit, but don't use colors that obviously do not belong on your site. Also, you have a lot of unneeded javascript (it isn't even used) embedded in some of your tags. You can probably just remove those.
