Shopping for a CMS based on the ASP. Anything better than PortalApp ? Ofcourse, price does matter.

Might be worth having a look at CMS Matrix (http://www.cmsmatrix.org/) to see what options you have out there - there's hundreds! Different CMS solutions will be best for different requirements, this site should help you wittle down the options ;)
