Custom fonts

is it possible for me to create a font for my site and attach it to my site???
and how would i do it???

If you wan't to actually create your own font from scratch might what to look here: http://www.chank.com/howto/howto2.php (page 2, page 1 isn't really important)

People won't be able to see this font, unless they download it, if it is being displayed on your site.

if it is for the main text on the site, i'd advise not to use custom fonts, and if you do, provide alternative generic font families and(not or) a link to the font file for people who want to download it.
If it's for headers or similar, you can use graphics
