drop down menus

I am abit of a novice at javascript, but have managed to download and use a js and a css file inconjunction to make my menus work. the only problem is that they do not work at all in netscape or in other browsers apart from IE. Can anyone help me?

If you simply downloaded the menu in the first place, you may be better of trying to find a cross browser one, rather than modify the existing one. You can find some at: http://www.dynamicdrive.com/dynamicindex1/index.html
