I want to know what you think of my companys web page. I just started it up and the only thing I need is to get some other web developers to help me start it up.

Well I narrowed it down to like 27 errors, which I don't think really matter, but to be sure I will probably fix them in the future.

I mostly wanted to know what people though design wise, will the design attract customers? My main problem is I need someone who can help me finish it and perhaps work with me on future projects, someone whos good at programming.

I'd like to see better contrast with the background and the text. Also the colors are dull and uninspiring. Somehow the layout makes me feel it uses some template I've seen a million times. As a Web design company the overall look is really important.

Thanks for the help, I made those improvements with the contrast, tell me if its better or still needs work.

I think the layout does need a bit more uniqueness to it, as I have a few ideas on how to improve that. Ill let you know when I finish that so I can get your feedback.

I added kind of a presentation image in the middle, I think it gives the site more emotion it seems like it should be a flash image or something, otherwise its just another banner it seems. If only I knew flash.

Do you think it works for the site though?

When you say not nice you must mean the colors of the panel, cause its the same as all the other panels just red instead of carmel. Do you think it would look better carmel colored or you just dont want it there at all?

This, to me, seems like a personal site -- it almost has a "forum" look to it. It might be because I've reviewed so many sites with this look; I just don't know.

Usually, professional sites have a lighter look. When I do consultations, I liken a designing professional site to designing letterhead stationary: the design is around the content, rather than interfering with it. In this case, the design seems to compete with the content. There are lots of little distractions. The dark colors only add a heaviness there that doesn't make the page inviting.

Maybe having some white or beige in the color scheme would (not only improve the contrast problem) but give the design a more professional appearance. You could place the content in the light section, and allow your existing design to surround it.

I'd change your copyright -- get rid of the 2003 date. It only makes your site look "old." All copyright is implied, anyway.

The coding is atrocious. Lots of javascript and non-valid tags; I didn't think people used spacer GIFs any more. Investigate CSS alternatives. They'll be a pain in the rear to learn at first, but you'll be oh-so thankful for it later! :)

Good Luck -

I might have made it too much as a personal prefrence and not main stream enough, and right now I probably won't get very many buisnesses who want to use me. But for people who want more personal sites might like that type of style.

This is really just a side project right now. I have a lot of things I need to improve on and thats why I'm here.

Oh yeah I should probably take down that ben thing heh heh

The site is a little dark. Also, your communities page looks like this forum.
