Good, code is nice and clean, and validates. The site is easy to read. The only thing I think that could be adjusted is the logo, I think it needs the edges fixed up so it doesn't look so jagged. If you have photoshop, when you save as the file (.gif) you get a couple of extra options, one being Matte. If you give it a Matte of white it will look much smoother around the edges.

However a graphic artist made the logo before I started the site and all I have is the gif file, im not really willing to touch it up either as it isn't my work :/

Ok, well no-one seems to follow copyright to a T anyway - like I bet that you don't have written permission from the 'author' to place the file on your server (hence this is a form of copying the image) secondly the authority to publish it for public access, and thirdly to allow users who view the site the authority to cache the image (this is another copy of the image) so a simple modification to the image won't hurt, especially if you still claim the image as the 'author''s work.

The work from the graphic designer was under a volunteer basis for the organisation, the rights on the image are held by Environment House not the graphic designer.

I was just trying to say "no, im not going to edit it" in a nice way, becuase I personally have a problem with messing with other peoples work without them knowing... if the graphics artist wants to touch it up thats fine... however Im not going to...

I get a little "magnified" feeling on the site. With res 1024x768 the site jumps out a little too much. If you could make the header a bit smaller and maybe even the default text size you could fit the main page all the way down to the 3 images you have at the bottom. You might also cut the support organizations to a page of their own. Otherwise good solid work.
