Different screen sizes

Hey

I'm pretty new to this. I was wondering is there a way to make my web pages fit perfectly in any size screen. I've got a large screen myself and then I don't need to scroll down to see the whole page. This only happens with smaller screen resolutions.

Is there any way my web pages could automatically fit with any layout. from VGA to large screens?
