Help About A Form Again

Hello i could not nake this form to work.

The whole thing it is suppossed to work like this:
After the user press the submit button a gif. image should appear under the entry field which is not field in.
A have attach the code both html & javascript.
Assume that the images are ready.
please take a look, i really need this help.

tell me what chenges i have to do.

I know that the code has many mistakes but i typed in quickly in order to have general view.
do you think that if i do the change that you told me will be better?
