Excel help please?

Not sure where else to ask, but I am desperate :confused: I am writing a conditional format (well, attempting to) and I need to format a cell... b-a=x if x is greater than negative 25% of cell b, make cell Bold Red. The cell has two other conditional formats and those are fine, but this last one is killing me.

Jeeze, what I do to myself to make my life easier, huh?
