I am getting a website built from scratch

the website is going to be much like this an e-commerce site bustedtees.com

except i'll be using paypal as the payment processor, but it will have a shopping cart,
escept i'll be providing the CSS to the layout to match my blog on the same website

what is a resonable price to pay for a site like this, and if i was going to look for a good freelance webdeveloper where is a good place to look
