Dynamic Source

Can someone tell me what Dynamic Souce is? When I get into Edit Tag mode of a graphic, this window comes up with an option of browsing to a dynamic source on my computer. Makes sense???

that is very confusing as to what you are talking about. edit tag mode? You have any links? Dynamic source is created code like by a server or some form of advanced client side scripting like som edhtml and jscript can do. More so server side languages but I have no idea what exactly you are talking about.
