Help with editing my design?

I have included an attatchment and would like some help.. if you open up index.htm there is about 3cm of gray to each side of the centre.. how would i go about decreasing this to about 1cm and increasing the centre table size? Any help greatly appreciated! Fet

P.S Some images are missing to decrease the size of the zip!

You are using a fixed-width design, and it seems you're looking for a fluid design - best handled with CSS. New problems arise because your header image is only of 800px width, if someone with say 1152x864 res viewed your page the center table would be increased to a width of >1000px; leaving you with 100px of whitespace either size of your header image
