hello( Im new to all of this)

I am using frames on my web page. heres my problem, everytime you shrink the browser my text and stuff move around. is there anyway to get it so that everything is in a fixed postion. So if you shrink or expand the browser window everything stays exactly where I want it. I have a very basic knowledge about webpages so the simplier the better

thanks for you time, Rook

Personally, I would recommend against using “Frames”, for Search Engine Optimization reasons, but the following URL may be of help or at least start you on the right direction:

http://javascript.internet.com/css/style-sheets-by-resolution-3.html (http://)

Which was found within this URL:

http://javascript.internet.com/ (http://)

Hope this helps?

Take Care,
