iframe not loading (internet exploerer)

hi ive just found a problem with my website that one iframe is not opening when using internet explorer.
There are 4 different iframes that make up the page, but only one has problems
page here (http://rxaddiction.co.nz/gallery.htm/)

the iframe with the problem is meant to be in the space on the right.

any help would be great
