Voting application

I understood that a faster way to do the voting application is without admin panel, in this case, is anyone can help me with the code for the database?

I need to be able to read how many votes went to which contestant and from which ip address.

any ways IP addresses are very bad. Its invasion of privacy as well...so make it simple...u can make it so they can only vote one day at a time!

That's excatly what i was trying to do, so you say that to do it (make it so they can only vote once a day) I don't their ip? so maybe u meant that I need to block the cookies? If yes, 4allfree.com has that feature?
