help linking radio buttons

hi i have a question on something n was needing a bit of help. iv only been doing html coding for 2 days now n was wondering if its possible to be able to link radio buttons to other sites? like waht i want to do is go say put a radio button (rb)= radio button like this . example: team page (rb) picture page (rb) (submit button). n make it so they would selece were they want to go n then click submit button then it would take them to that page. is that possible? n if so how would i do that?

Why? This method promotes high inaccessibility issues, to both computer and non-computer savvy visitors, not to mention SE Bots. But if you were to go through you would use a PHP/form combination or at the very least some JS
